For the Traditional Man

Jeremy Hackett is dedicated to all those men who like to dress stylishly and to whom quality is more important than the vagaries of fashion.

  1. "vagaries of fashion", well put. I like to have my hair long (but neat) with sideburns and like to dress in what I believe to be stylish suits or coats etc. This brings me to the Question: for many hundreds of year long and short hair came and went for men but after the Great War long hair for man was always seen as rebellion. Why is that view still in place?

Mind you I did go year with having short hair.

  3. Hackett is worthy, but has gone all Ralph Lauren on us. I prefer Cordings, Turnbull and Asser, and Ede and Ravenscroft.

I'll have you know that I am not, I repeat I am not ("not that there is anything wrong with that") gay. Fully hetero and happily married, thank you very much.

I agree Crux Australis, it's a little too GQ for me, but still somewhat worthy.
