The Last Ruling Indian Prince and Knight of the Indian Empire

The Young Fogey, Rafal Heydel-Mankoo, eulogises the passing of an era with the recent death of His Highness Meghrajji III, Maharaja of Dhrangadhra-Halvad (1923-2010), the last Indian prince to rule his state prior to Independence of the subcontinent in 1947.
