God save the Queen! It would be my wish, that our President as well as others in positions of influence, here in the USA would have the inner strength of your Queen.and conviction to speak clearly and honestly regarding our Christian faith and heritage. I do think many here in the USA are spineless...And are sacrificing the permanent for the temporary..
What most grabbed me this year was HM's frank emphasis on Christianity and Christian values as the answer to the crises and tragedies of modern life.
"The power of forgiveness lies at the heart of Christian faith... Forgiveness can heal, restore, reconcile... It is in forgiveness that we feel the power of God's love...
"It is my prayer on this Christmas Day that we might all find room in our lives for the message of the angels and in the love of God through Christ our Lord."
