There are two observations I would like to make here.
ReplyDeleteOne, notice how the Royal Family are lined up according to line of succession, and two, observe that all except one, Prince William who serves full time in the Royal Air Force, are attired in their naval uniforms.
This too is deliberate, I believe, and is required for occasions of national remembrance, which signifies that the Royal Navy is indeed the Senior Service.
Sorry, not completely so. In this photo Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, toward the rear and in front of Ann, Princess Royal, clearly wears the No. 1 dress blues uniform of the British Army.
ReplyDeleteanyone like the prices modern crown? i do!lets hope will is a better driver...
