Beaverbrook, The time and effort which you must have expended in drawing up this superb reference list of the holders of the Victoria Cross is a splendid tribute to all those gallant men from across the years and across the Commonwealth who served valiantly in defence of Crown and Country, and thought not of their own safety but of the welfare of their comrades in arms. Thank you most sincerely for this.

Impressive! Many, many hours work! Can I make a suggestion that may help in a long alphabetical list? Create an A to Z menu using a link with "fullpath#z" linking to .

I usually put a "Return to Menu" link under each section, with above the menu.

You might also split the page into lots of pages.

http://fast4truth.blogspot.com/
is a blog I wrote, which operates like an ordinary website by allowing only 1 page to display as a menu, and putting everything else on another blog name.

God save The Queen! Zen
